  • Community information connected to EasyFIRE features, including public profile details, Discord linking status, XP, streaks, paper-trading activity, quiz results, posts, reactions, messages, and notification preferences.
  • Newsletter and support information, including email subscription status, delivery events, and messages you send to EasyFIRE.
  • Technical information such as device, browser, IP-derived location, analytics events, request logs, cookies, and security signals used to keep the site reliable.

How We Use Information

  • To provide account access, community profiles, dashboards, leaderboards, rewards, sweepstakes entries where enabled, and other EasyFIRE features.
  • To send requested newsletters, account messages, community notifications, support replies, and operational alerts.
  • To protect EasyFIRE from spam, abuse, fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized access.
  • To understand which features are working, diagnose bugs, improve onboarding, and keep the website and Discord integrations stable.

Sharing

  • We use service providers such as Clerk, Vercel, Neon, Resend, Discord, and analytics or infrastructure tools to operate EasyFIRE.
  • Public community features may display profile, leaderboard, post, reaction, achievement, or activity information that you choose to make public or that is part of normal community participation.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, to protect EasyFIRE and its users, or to investigate abuse and security issues.
  • We do not sell personal information.

Your Choices

  • You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in any email.
  • You can update or remove public profile information in account features where available.
  • You can request help with account data, privacy questions, or deletion by contacting EasyFIRE.
  • Browser settings may let you limit cookies or analytics, though some account features may require cookies to work.

Security And Retention

  • We use access controls, authentication, audit checks, and hosted infrastructure protections to help secure EasyFIRE data.
  • No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please avoid posting sensitive personal or financial information in public community areas.
  • We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, abuse prevention, backups, and operational records.

Children And International Users

  • EasyFIRE is intended for people old enough to manage online accounts and financial education communities in their location.

  • If you use EasyFIRE from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
